• If your booking is impacted by a COVID-19 government lockdown your deposit will be put towards an in studio credit and must be used within 12 months of payment, however a no refund policy still applies.

 

• All clients must be fully vaccinated and show proof unless a medical exemption applies. Failure to prove this will result in your appointment being cancelled & your deposit forfeited
   

• If you attend your appointment and appear to be presenting flu like symptoms, Stephanie has the right to cancel your service and obtain your deposit as the cancellation fee.
   

• If you wish to book an appointment during these unprecedented times and have to cancel your event your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee
   

• Please arrive to your appointment alone as we are limited to numbers in our studio and are still respecting social distancing laws
   

• Please notify us should you experience any symptoms of COVID to cancel your appointment prior
   

• Please notify us should you test positive to COVID both before and after your appointment

• Bookings by appointment only.

​

• Studio is located in Rockbank 3335.

​

• Should you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required or your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.

​

• All applications include complimentary Modelrock lashes.​

​

• Please note Stephanie only travels for four or more people.

​

• Travel fees apply for all freelance bookings. This fee will be outlined in the invoice.
   

• An early call out fee will be charged if requesting a freelance time prior to 7am.
   

• Sunday applications and public holidays incur an additional fee.

• All studio bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your booking. Your booking is not secure until the deposit has been paid.

​

• All bridal bookings require a 50% non-refundable & non-transferable deposit at the time of booking to secure your requested date. Final deposits also employ a strict no refund policy.

• If the client is more than 10 minutes late, Stephanie reserves the right to cancel the appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. 

​​

• Gift vouchers are valid for up to 12 months. Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and are redeemable in studio only. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.
